Dino Manonne is a man who has always found himself on the cusp of history.  Unfortunately, he has consistently been on the wrong side of the cusp history: nearly recording a debut solo album after years as a back up singer in Crystal Grass; nearly appearing on the “Tonite Show” as a musical guest in 1982; nearly attempting a ‘comeback’ in 1996.  But now, things are different.

There’s a new zazz and fire to Dino, more frequent live dates, more drive and vivacity exuding from the already charismatic and affable Dino Mannone.

Now, a man has to sort out his own affairs.  However, it isn’t a total stretch to say that his involvement with the Variety Hour has at least a slight bearing on his return to his dreams and the ferocious energy he brings to every show…
